‎The lady’s story has since stirred reactions online, as many fans expressed surprise at how the streamer noticed her despite the large crowd around him.

‎As earlier reported by GistReel, IShowSpeed recently arrived in Nigeria as part of his Africa tour.[/b]

‎The energetic content creator marked his 21st birthday during the trip and also celebrated reaching a massive milestone of 50 million subscribers on YouTube, all while livestreaming from Lagos.

‎IShowSpeed’s Eventful Visit to Nigeria

‎During his stay, IShowSpeed toured several iconic locations across Lagos, including Balogun Market, Freedom Park, and the Nike Art Gallery.

‎He immersed himself in Nigerian culture, interacting with locals and sampling popular dishes such as jollof rice and Nigerian-style pizza, reactions which quickly went viral online.

‎The livestreams attracted huge crowds, tight security, and widespread attention from fans and content creators hoping to get his attention.

Lady Narrates Her Encounter With IShowSpeed

‎Sharing her experience on TikTok, the lady identified as @symplyperry explained how her interaction with the streamer unfolded over three separate recordings.

‎According to her, during the first time she filmed him, IShowSpeed simply walked past and gave her a long stare, which she initially brushed off.

‎On the second occasion, however, the streamer reportedly noticed her again, walked closer to her phone, and smiled directly at the camera.

‎The moment that shocked her the most came during the third recording, when IShowSpeed allegedly walked up to her, addressed her directly, and complimented her appearance.

‎Quoting what happened, she wrote: “This is the third time you’re filming me and he called me beautiful.”

‎Her revelation quickly gained traction online, with many users reacting to the confidence of the streamer and the surprise encounter.

Peller Blocked During IShowSpeed’s Lagos Visit

‎Meanwhile, the lady’s experience contrasts sharply with that of Nigerian streamer Peller, who was reportedly blocked by IShowSpeed’s security team during the same visit.

‎Peller made several attempts to get close to the American streamer, including chasing his convoy and even riding a horse through traffic, but was repeatedly bounced by security operatives.

‎The incidents sparked mixed reactions online, with some sympathising with Peller and others criticising his approach.

‎In response to the backlash, IShowSpeed later clarified that his Africa tour was not centered on influencer collaborations.

‎He explained that the goal of the trip was to spotlight African culture, street talent, and everyday people rather than engage with already-established creators.
