Zainab Balogun, a prominent Nollywood actress, has raised a question regarding expectant couples opting for separate events for both their baby shower and gender reveal.
Taking to her official Instagram, the UK-based actress wondered why couples are interested in holding two separate events with two guest lists and two separate expenses for the same baby.
In addition, she inquired as to whether attendees should leave after the gender reveal, head home, and return for the shower. Zainab Balogun further asked if it was excessive.
Her words: “Gender reveals and baby showers are two separate events with two guests list, two separate expenses, same baby. So we attend the reveal, go home, and come back for the shower? I don’t know. Is it excessive?”
